- DODenise Ortiz5 days ago4.0NIna was very prompt in helping me with an error and speaking to the vendor to return my over payment in 2 business days. I do have to mention however that OSB has a number for emergencies which did no good for my after hours situation. I left an email late Friday, after hours expecting a reply on Saturday before 1 PM closing, but no one contacted me. I talked to someone on Sunday on the same number, but they were unable to help with my situation and recommended I call on Monday. When I called on Monday I was told it was to late to stop the auto payment. When I questioned why no one was able to help when I did call the emergency line on Friday prior to the payment being sent...Nina then offered to call the vendor and they returned the payment as quickly as they could. My thoughts are how is this ER number helpful if there is no one answering the call and then after leaving an email after hours on Friday no one replied to me during Sat business hours? I had to call again on Monday to get movement on this situation. Thank you Nina for your help.
