- JKJackie KennyOct 29, 20251.0If I could give 0 stars if I could. I was trying to deal with a CD I have here. First, I came in and waited in the waiting area for 45 minutes and no one was ever available to talk to me, so I left. Then I made an appointment, got email confirmation, showed up and there was a sign on the door at 4:15 that the bank was closed. Then I called and waited on hold for 20 minutes and no one was available to help me either. Now I have to call tomorrow and try again. Worst service ever, I would never suggest anyone bank here.
- MDMauricio DavisSep 11, 20251.0As soon as I walked into this branch, the manager went into his office, didn’t care to greet me. I’m sure he was aware of my business there! Luis Hernández was an amazing and professional banker and was able to helping me out at the end. However, Luis and I needed additional clarification about some transactions, and it seemed to me that the manager was too good to talk to me and help resolve this matter! And the manager was giving me weird looks from his office! Really bad taste!
