Opened a new account, made two deposits and one transfer and they froze my account and kicked me out of their bank because one deposit was from a bitcoin wallet (I assume). Zero notice, zero warning, zero chances. The only reason I found out was because they froze my account and blocked my log in so l had to spend 30 minutes on the phone only to hear non- answers as to why they held my money hostage (and still have it) and froze me out of my own account. Dying brand, dying business and rightfully so.

Tellers (Magha) are very slow & inefficient, they are seriously understaffed compared to other local banks, very narrow & high curbed drive thru, and the female supervisor (I cannot remember her name) is seemingly unwilling to help when there are long lines. I'm surprised this location is still in service. Chase is the complete opposite and wins my vote!
