I have not been able to access it since I opened it.... Update, I sadly closed this account because of a lack of access to my money when not at an atm. The password it has to be 13 characters and it's very impossible to remember that information. There is no fingerprint login or passcode number instead. In their defense, they are launching a new app and redoing the whole system very soon. Unfortunately, I don't have the luxury of time to wait for that to happen. For the first time in 20 years, during the changeover a mistake happened and my account overdrew. I never received any communication and I went to close the account and that's how I found out it was overdrawn. When I asked the customer service representative why they didn't contact me or at least email, she said and I quote, "we have too many customers to monitor your money." I guess the bank's job isn't to monitor your money after all. In retrospect, the system had attempted to charge me $200 some dollars in overdraft fees. They were willing to waive these fees but again, I just don't have time to wait for the technology to catch up. If you're looking for a simple banking experience, this place is great. If you have anything complex, please wait until they launch their new app.
