I have never experienced such a helpful manager. Ita Reilly is very customer focused and has put in the extra effort and taken the time to explain in detail every question I posed, as well as providing helpful information navigating the bank's processes and procedures. When I asked questions not common knowledge, she followed up after talking to the appropriate people, and really went the extra mile by following up on my new account, to make sure everything was going well. I highly recommend this branch for your banking needs.
