Now... within a week I got a notice that they're closing my account, because information was inconsistent with some public database... this is simply because I just moved & the best part is they LOCKED me out from paying my credit card that I've had with them for (again) 10 years... What? Called them over the phone & they couldn't verify me so they told me to go to my local branch which is 45 minutes away. This is UNACCEPTABLE and I will be closing all my accounts. Don't waste my time with your AI BS.
