Very hard to return calls and never gives clear understanding of any process, she also screwed up our application and the numbers. Absolutely rude, it felt like she was there just for a paycheck rather than working with customers. Because of that, I’m debating on, closing my business and personal account and moving to a real bank where you can actually work with professionals. 👎👎👎👎👎

Went above and beyond expectations and further than that. She's way off the scale rector on a scale of one to five would recommend to anybody for a personal loan officer
