- CSCindy StewartMay 30, 20251.0I wish I could give a negative 5 star that's what this branch deserves. Don't bank here NO SUCH thing as customer service. The branch manager is pathetic. Been an account holder for YEARS and had $ at Umpqua bank treated as a joke who cares about you attitude.

The branch manager could not articulate why they would not cash it but basically did not want to help an account holder. Definitely would recommend Wells Fargo over this place.
