- TCTim CantrellOct 9, 20254.0Well it's getting better and the bank tellers are pretty courteous and friendly and knowledgeable and some things or issues when I do have some Banking issues they try to solve it the best way possible and give me insight so that is why I give them four out of five wich is a pretty good rating

She couldn’t be bothered to even show up at the branch when she told me she was going to, let alone call me back or reach out to me at times she had scheduled to do so. I would avoid the Rupert first federal branch at all costs…. Would be a one star based solely off Carmen but the institution outside of her has treated me well.
