After 3 in branch visits, and 4 phone calls and over 2 months my name was still not changed. Everytime I asked was told it just takes time and that they got an email saying they needed another document but didn't know what it was. Was a pain everytime I tried to deposit my check I would sign my account number old and new name and still got the run around to makr a deposit. Drove to Rigby branch and in less the 24 hours BOOM my name was changed!! Thank you!

- SCSandra CarrilloNov 13, 20191.0I am very disappointed in the service I’ve received from this financial institution. My mother, who doesn’t speak English, tried to deposit a check. They were not willing to deposit the check based on unwarranted assumptions.They refused to let me speak on her behalf to address this issue even though my name is on the account. While on the phone with my mother trying to provide assistance, I heard branch tellers yell at my mom multiple times. I called the branch myself and they hung up on me and refused to address my concerns. This is not a Spanish speaking friendly branch. They have implicit biases and treat people of color poorly. The micro aggressions that my mother faced are NOT acceptable. Sadly, this isn’t the first time that this has happened to my family and others in my community!
