    If I had the option, I would give a big ZERO to this location! Simply because of one employee. I live in Menan. I usually come to this branch once a week or once every two weeks to withdraw cash from an account that I have back in New Mexico. I'm familiar with two beautiful nice professional ladies that I deal with every time. This is my first time I deal with this lady. It happened today between 2 P.M and 3 P.M. she was very unprofessional! Not once she said please or thanks throughout her service to me. She kept asking me bunch of questions as if she was a criminal investigator and I was the criminal. Simply because I have a unique first name and, I'm not white with blue eyes. I can tell this lady was racist! It got to a point where I had to tell her, I've been here many times before. I don't see the reason to all those questions? She even wanted to know if I was living here temporarily or permanently! To make the situation even worse... she made a remark and asked me a question about my Idahoan drivers license. I own a 100k Jeep Wrangler that was parked outside and and it's shoke sensor kept going off. I was concerned that someone was trying to break into it so, I kept stepping away from that banker just so I would take a peak at my Jeep. That probably raised her suspicion in me lol. It surprises me that a reputable bank like Wells Fargo would have such employees like her! She also had the nerve to ask me who do I bank with and asked me to consider joining Wells Fargo. With an employee like yourself... NO THANKS. I don't wanna feel like im going to a Police station every time I need to make a transaction. My transaction it should have taken no more than 5-7 minutes. But with this lady, I'd guess it took 15-20 minutes Simply because of all her questions to me. I'm still gonna go to this branch even though I prefer not to but it's the closest one to me. If I ever had to deal with this lady again, I'm gonna refuse her service and ask for someone else. If there is nobody else, I'm walking out for sure! It wasn't my intention to post a negative review about today's incident with this lady but, it's almost 6 P.M now and I'm still bothered and thinking about my experience with her. With writing a review, that's going to make me feel better cause, I got it off of my chest. I never cared to look at her name tag to mention her name. I was so uncomfortable with her, all I wanted is to end this transaction and get the heck outta this place. I know she was old. Mid 50s or maybe 60 years old. skinny. I think she had glasses but can't be sure. I know the other lady that was next to her, who had helped me many times before, she was listening to our conversation the whole time. She had a very straight nicely cut hair. If management would ask her, she would know the person who helped me. Once thing I regret is that, I kept my cool with her. I'm a very outspoken person, especially when someone crosses the line with me! I make sure they know about it. As nice and professional that I'm, I can be very rude to the people who deserve it but, she got lucky with me today because, I just wanted to go about my day and not let uneducated, condescending, unprofessional person like her spoil my day.

    I have been with this bank for 20+ years, when I started with this bank the bank use to work for the costumer. Now they don’t care if you are being helped or not. Will be finding a new bank.

    Probably the worst bank I’ve ever banked with. I have tried closing my account for weeks now and they always have an excuse as of why I can’t. The people who work there are so unprofessional and not well trained. I get different stories form different people I talk to. I Will never bank with Wells Fargo again. If they ever allow me to close my account I hope to never see them again.

    My Business Partner and I opened up our personal and business account today with Brennan Ray at the Rigby Idaho Location. Customer Service A+. The staff and Brennan are great at taking care of your needs. I would highly recommend this location. Brennan hands down is the best!!!! Glad to be doing business Wells Fargo and with him!!!!
