I was so impressed with my experience at Wells Fargo!! I was immediately greeted by someone and they asked how they could help me, and they personally introduced themselves to me. The teller was very nice and helpful, and I received quick service but they still took time to make sure I had a good experience. Everyone I talked to was incredibly friendly. Tommy and Aimee were especially wonderful. Thank you!

Someone stole my debit card information, not sure how but they made thousands of dollars of fraudulent purchases in states across the country. I notified wells fargo about this and it takes 10 business days to settle the claim now my family is struggling because we have no money, I notified fox News about this. Wells Fargo should no longer be considered a safe bank.

I left Wells Fargo many years ago because of their customer service and fees. I am writing this review for my 88 year old mother and the treatment that she received at the Rexburg branch. My mother went into the Rexburg branch on December 11, 2020. She only needed a quick question answered about routing numbers and how to have funds deposited electronically. It would have taken less than 5 minutes to answer her questions. When she got there another gentleman entered at the same time. The man behind the desk answered his question and sent him to another area in the bank for help. He obviously didn't have an appointment. My mother stepped up and the man refused to help her because she didn't have an appointment at said that she would have to wait for a teller. She ended up waiting at least 10 minutes for a teller who didn't even answer her question. She came back later in the afternoon for help and asked a woman if she could help her. The woman asked if she had an appointment. When my mother said she didn't the woman told her that she would need to make an appointment and walked away. My mother said that they were all very rude. She was very upset. Why they couldn't take the time to help an 88 year old woman who isn't very "tech- savvy" I don't know. Where is their kindness and compassion for a fellow human being? Where is their respect for the elderly? She has been a customer since the 1960's. It would have only take a minute for them to help her. We took our business to Mountain America. They were absolutely wonderful! They were very kind and you didn't need to make an appointment!! We will be taking our business elsewhere and anybody reading this should as well.

I don't know if management has changed hands since I was last there, but he was a great guy. The employees always seemed happy to see you. The interest rates for loans (car, mortgage, etc.) were not competitive.
