- JJJosephAug 26, 20251.0Get receipts, or get the number for the "back office" I tried paying off fees for a business account they don't tell you will happen if your account has less then 1,000 dollars in it. And when I tried increase mycredit card at another bank this was the reason I couldn't get a larger credit amount because they sent 53 dollars to collections. I went to the Rexburg branch and paid off everything I owed them, 5 month later or so I try again to get a loan at another bank and they still have the credit report amount. I went there today to get it resolved and after hours bouncing around they debt collectors I finally got the number for the key Bank "back office" which told me I had to pay them again because the branch didn't send the money to them. They'll lose your payments and ruin your credit report with their incompetence.
