- LBL BarnesMar 19, 20255.0We've been banking here since 2019 and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The only issue I encountered was that they wouldn't loan on a vehicle that's older than 10 yrs. The staff is great and the location is convenient.

Before starting my business I called to ask some basic questions about the process and to see if (at the time Columbia Bank) and Tracy was kind enough to take the time and walk me through everything we needed to start my LLC (thank God because this was all new to me). I wanted to find a small bank that would cater to my needs and be a partner in this new venture we wanted to pursue. Not only did we begin this adventure together, they have been instrumental in helping my business grow. The staff at Priest River actually CARE about us (unlike many large banks I've done business with in the past). When or if there is a problem, they will work hard to fix it. Not only do I consider them my banking partners, I consider them my friends. If you want a bank who will remember your name when you walk through the door and treat you like a valued customer, then Umpqua Bank Priest River is your place. I'm glad I made the choice to partner with them. 😇

- WJWayne JusselinJul 9, 20183.0A lot of changes from Panhandle over to Columbia bank that has it's pro's & con's. It all really depends on one person's personal preferences to work what's best. Personally I really enjoyed Panhandle State Bank for my portfolio but they did at least make as smooth of a transition for the customers as possible, and that was a feat itself I'm sure. Again this is a positive review that can be a great bank for you. Its only 3 rating for me as for the changes did impact me negatively, which I care not to discuss.
