I had just had foot surgery and asked if they could just cash them without coming in... they told me I must come in... I had my drivers liscense and debit card to prove my identity...when I made my way into the bank with icy and snowy conditions I noticed the teller was telling every driver to come inside and when I called to complain about my experience they never once answered there phone all day! I will be closing my account with Wells Fargo which I have been with them over 14 years due to terrible customer service!
