I am extremely satisfied with their great customer service, especially with their assistant manager Sarra, at branch #4324 in Post Falls, ID. I made a mistake with counting out money and gave her more than I anticipated, as two bills were stuck together. Because of her great integrity, she informed me of the extra sum and corrected the mistake. I am very grateful for her honesty and help. All of the staff members at this branch are very helpful, efficient, and trustworthy.

- SSsunshinebchhJan 23, 20201.0This was GREAT when it was first community bank. Now, I'm leaving this bank. They are only reachable during their business hours. I work during these hours unfortunately. I need a 24/7 fraud department availability. They require me to fill out forms per each fraudulent charge. Are you kidding me? Us bank. Wells fargo, numerica, capital one, none of my previous banks ever had this issue. If you dont mind the above, they are friendly. Thats about it. (Great CSRs, terrible company policy)

I have been unable to access online banking since the change to First Interstate Bank and every time I ask for help I'm told I should be go to go now...Not the case! I was getting tired of waiting in line at the drive thru 20 minutes or more and I was the only customer in said line. Then charges begin appearing to my account. When I ask about these charges I get an explanation from the teller that completely contradicts what the literature from the bank states. Closed my account and will be looking to bank elsewhere. I'm 38 years old and have not witnessed a lower quality of service at any other bank to this date.
