We made an honest error and this resulted in $135 in fees before we were able to bring out of the negative, did not know about an additional fee they tack on so scrambling to deposit more money now. There is no willingness to help or find a solution that doesn't leave us open to more fees. So frustrated. Now I have to take time off work to close the account so they can't assess even more fees.

I used them to order foreign currency (euros) for my international travel.I do not travel very often,but when I do I cover a great distance.Experience taught me,at least how I remember it from quiet a few years ago,that usually/most likely it is more profitable to buy foreign monies at the bank. To my great surprise with Zion's bank I saved absolutely nothing and even airport offered better exchange rate.I am neither poor nor particularly rich by Nothern American standards,but I'd rather spend extra 50 euros on food and souvenirs,not on fees and charges. Oh well...no experience is bad if we use it wisely.
