  Been interacting with this bank for over 20 years sine my father passed. WELLS FARGO has made every moment of being a customer a pain in the bum. THe people, their practicies, their credit standards. I make over 140k a years w. dti lower then 15%. Got declined for a 2% reqards card. Others instantly approed. My family, mother, children, and hopefully chidlrens children will never step in this instituion again.

  I have been a member of Wells Fargo since 1995. I use them for investments, savings, checking, loans and credit cards. I have recommended them to my family and friends, but I will never again. I was needing to have a document notarized with two witnesses. I walked into the bank on a day where there was no other members and several tellers and staff just sitting around doing nothing but visiting amongst themselves.. I was told that they would be willing to notarize the document but that I would have to come back in after finding my own 2 witnesses to have this document signed. I only had a few minutes to run in because I had to take time off work to be able to get this done. I did not have time to try to find two more adults to stop doing their work to come back in with me. It would’ve taken seconds to have had 2 of the other staff members sign this document so that I could be on my way. I was now going to have to take time off from work again another day and find two other people that would be able to accompany me back to the bank to have this completed. Afrer being a loyal member for almost 30 years this treatment really saddens me that this bank is so unwilling to help and uncaring how much time and money this would now cost me for something that they could’ve done in seconds. After leaving, I went to Westmark credit union and asked if they would be able to assist me with a notary and 2 witnesses and without any hesitation they said absolutely and it was completed in less than 3 minutes allowing we to get what I needed done and to return back to work on time. The stark difference of my treatment with this new credit union that I have been a member with for a very short time while only financing an automobile is shocking. Wells Fargo showed me that they don’t care about people and their time or need any of my business. I will be leaving, closing all my accounts and never returning. I now see why the Wells Fargo branch was empty of members that morning while the Westmark credit union had several people in there doing their banking business. Wells Fargo is not the friendly helpful bank it used to be.

  I have been with Wells Fargo Pocatello for 18 years. Last week I went in with 3 issues and received prompt and courteous service.

  It was a pain to deposit a check for my father in an account under his name. I have never had issues like this with Idaho central or DL Evans or citizens community. Would not recommend banking here

  Was in Pocatello for the Labor Day weekend. One ATM (950 Yellowstone) was out of cash, one ATM 4195 Yellowstone) was out of service. So had to drive back into Pocatello to the WF ATM attached to an Ace Hardware store. Fortunately it was working and had cash (no $50’s though). Poor planning ahead to make sure the ATM’s were ready for a long weekend - or could have arranged to make sure they were being serviced. Even the garbage trucks were running Labor Day at 8:15am - but WF couldn’t make sure their ATM were available for their customers.
