    Been interacting with this bank for over 20 years sine my father passed. WELLS FARGO has made every moment of being a customer a pain in the bum. THe people, their practicies, their credit standards. I make over 140k a years w. dti lower then 15%. Got declined for a 2% reqards card. Others instantly approed. My family, mother, children, and hopefully chidlrens children will never step in this instituion again.

    Now I understand the negative feedback of Wells Fargo. I have banked with Wells Fargo 10 plus years. Very disappointed, Thanks to ICCU for stepping up the standards!

    AFTER 20 + Yrs I am FED up with the Fee's for Using My money. The Loan's are not competitive, then after going Elsewhere they Buy my loan. I quit getting loans from them Years ago. After waiting 15 Minutes to speak with a banker I got Fed up & left. Took all my money out & told them to CLOSE the accounts, I had to go in again to get it closed so they don't charge FEE'S for an account that has ZERO money in it.

    This is the worst Wells Fargo I have ever been too and I have been with Wells Fargo for 10 years. I am disappointed in there customer service, and I won't be banking here again!
