- MDMichelle DenmanOct 26, 20241.0Worst bank ever!!!!!! thanks to them i lost my house and me and my kids are now homeless because i got a payday loan for 795.00 to pay my rent so we didn't get thrown out of our home and even called them before depositing my check to confirm the funds would be available next day and they said yes they would then next day at 9am i got to pay rent because MY FUNDS WERE AVAILABLE AND MY CARD DECLINED because they wanted to put a 7 day hold on my deposit to make sure it cleared!! my landlord was pissed and now were homeless trying to find a place to go with no money and being a single mom they really messed up mine and my kids life i hate this bank!!! i even called there wonderful customer support and they didn't care at all pretty much told me to deal with it!!!

They are behind the times, want you to set an appointment to do anything other than give them your money, and leave their employees with no tools. Actively moving my accounts. Big Banks have no customer service and make managing your accounts so difficult. There is also not as much flexibly in programs and less potential for growth. Go somewhere else.
