P1FCU is a member-owned, not-for-profit financial cooperative. We have grown to now serve members in 19 counties in Idaho, 8 counties in Oregon and the entire state of Washington. We were organized by a group of individuals with the desire to make lending more readily available for employees of Potlatch Forests, Inc. Over 80 years later we are staying true to our organizational values while servicing members in a tri-state region.

- TATiffany AubergJun 16, 20251.0This bank is frustrating. I usually bank at the st maries branch and NEVER have a issue they are the best bank ever. I live up here half of the year for logging camp so I have to bank up here. I had some accounts that needed closed then I needed some changes on other accounts they couldn't do that right after spending a hour in there thinking it was right come to find out it wasn't so I had to go in to st maries to have it fixed. Came up here a few other times asked for my cash to be deposited into a specific account....nope they didn't do that. Came up asked to pull out a large amount of cash in big bills she hands me 5s 10s 20s 50s and a couple 100s.....Do you guys just not listen? I know it's little things for the most part but it gets old to every single time have something wrong. The whole account thing wasted 2 of my hours plus the drive time which was 4 hours added all up. Frustrating
