I went in to cash bonds that were issued to me as a baby. "Jasmine" doesn't know the difference been bonds to and POD. She said I couldn't cash my bonds because I wasn't the POD person. That makes no sense. She couldn't have been ruder saying I was holding people up for not filling out the bond (didn't know there was something to fill out). Do better cmon man
