- SSSeanNov 3, 20251.0I've been to this location twice. First experience was awful, went on my lunch and waited almost an hour and the line barely even moved. Second experience was worse. I went in to cash bonds that were issued to me as a baby. "Jasmine" doesn't know the difference been bonds to and POD. She said I couldn't cash my bonds because I wasn't the POD person. That makes no sense. She couldn't have been ruder saying I was holding people up for not filling out the bond (didn't know there was something to fill out). Do better cmon man

Don’t worry they will fake the word sorry and tell you all the wonderful excuses to poor service. Good thing our company required wells Fargo. Banks shouldn’t be able to be in contract with companies to require you go threw them. They have a less than 3.0 rating but we all just are required to go threw them to get our money.
