But after being charged for overdraft fees, even though the account was not overdrawn, that is absolutely asinine. The fact that the employee acknowledged the error, and was told the issue would rectify itself, only to be told by another employee, that was misinformation. With no further attempt to resolve the issue, will be establishing my services at another bank immediately! Banks haven't, and will never care about their customers, and its a disgusting business.
