Zions Bank isn't just a bank. We're part of your community, your next door neighbor, with 150 years of history behind every transaction and community investment. We offer access to ATMs throughout Utah, Idaho, and eight other states. We provide financial resources, wealth management solutions, mortgage services, and more. We deliver solutions from real people — people who haven't forgotten who keeps us in business.
Poor online platforms very buggy. Call centers put you on hold for hours.

Worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with. Horrible customer service, especially when your card is stolen. I tried to contact this branch multiple times but had to be transferred to the customer service line because no one would answer. When they finally did answer, they were unhelpful and unsympathetic. I found out Zions does not offer a provisional credit until 10 days after your dispute, so even if the fraudulent charge was large, you will not get any money back for 10 days. Many other banks will refund immediately while they do their investigation. The customer service line is even worse to deal with and hangs up on you while transferring you. I’d rather bank with anyone else and will be leaving as soon as I get my money back. Avoid at all costs.
