I have banked with Wells Fargo since it took over my previous bank many years ago. I have had very good experiences. Jason, the manager is great, the clerks are helpful and polite, and whenever I have had an issue it has been resolved to my satisfaction. My only unsatisfactory experience was on the phone with central services, but I was able to resolve this at my local branch. My banking is complicated because I manage funds for others, and they have been so helpful with this.

They couldn't even tell me what branch it came from so I could call them and ask to have it verified. I was changed to about 4 different people because they don't know what they are doing and they were very unprofessional. We were so disappointed, we are switching all of our accounts!

I will be moving myself and my daughters account outof there to iccu. The difference in the atmosphere and employees is night and day! I would never subgest wf to anyone!

I almost closed my accounts, I have no idea where he learned to speak to customers in that way. He is the manager, it is not like he is not getting paid.
