- CCCammelle CareyAug 28, 20251.0I called to see if we could get a cashiers check verified and they said they can't verify a check made from another branch. They couldn't even tell me what branch it came from so I could call them and ask to have it verified. I was changed to about 4 different people because they don't know what they are doing and they were very unprofessional. We were so disappointed, we are switching all of our accounts!

I will be moving myself and my daughters account outof there to iccu. The difference in the atmosphere and employees is night and day! I would never subgest wf to anyone!

The check bounced, WF charged me(!) a fee, and then over drafted me for the fee as I was a broke college kid with no money in my account. When I went in to see if they could at least take away the overdraft, they told me to pound sand, specifically the manager who was a younger redheaded woman. Stay away from these crooks.

I think that since the national WF scandal broke, the Moscow branch has been making even more of an effort to provide great customer service and good advice. Our banker helped my wife and I set up a joint account and told us explicitly how to make sure we didn't incur any fees -- the opposite of what some Wells Fargo employees nationwide were doing. He then introduced us to the store manager, who was friendly, fun, and actually looked like he enjoyed talking to customers. I can't speak for the bank nationally, but my confidence in my local banking experience was totally renewed.
