BRENDA did not listen to anything he said, did the absolute opposite of what he asked, and then he was told there was nothing they could do, after her incompetent mistake. Come to find out she is the branch manager, and it’s appalling that they would hire someone that incompetent to handle things. She was very rude after being called out about how she didn’t listen, and did the wrong thing. I will be filing a complaint and hopefully she will be looked into because this is ridiculous.

All I asked was for a joint account for my husband and I and she was spending more time on explaining what we didn’t want to do. Super disappointed and frustrated due to taking the time to make an appointment and didn’t even walk out your doors with what we were asking for. Thanks.
