- TUTheresa UpshawApr 17, 20201.0I have banked with Wells Fargo for over 22 years and have always been happy with their Customer service, however, the corporate decision to close banking drive-thru hours at 4:00pm is beyond ridiculous. It makes sense to close the lobby for teller safety due to Covid-19, but not everyone has to ability to get to the bank prior to 4pm. Some of us are still working and need those later hours to conduct out business. I will be looking elsewhere to do my future banking.
