    I have been banking at this branch specifically because of the friendly staff that have always greeted me with a smile. Originally I chose them because it was close to my place of employment but chose to stay with them even though it is currently WAY out of my area . Joyce and Jamie are the best!

    Far and away the best banking staff in ever had to deal with in my life. And I was once engaged to a banker, that relationship didn’t work out. My relationship with the staff at this branch works and works better and has for far longer than the one I was engaged to. 5 stars for sure. Can I give 6? If you’re banking elsewhere, you obviously dislike banking, your money, people, and probably your kids. These are truly nice people who actually give a shit about their clients. Well, at least me it seems.

    No no no…. This is my bank. You stay away. The staff at this bank feel like friends I’ve known for over a decade. If everyone shows up and starts banking here that will cut into the time I get to spin with my banking professionals. That would piss me off. The staff here at A+, top notch, and all deserve a pay raise for having to deal with me. I’m one that may lack tact at times, but they still make every visit efficient, at times educational, and we make each other laugh. If half of meridian shows up then I’ll feel as if I should watch my mouth, but I won’t. In fact if you all suddenly mob this place I’m going to start a collection of the rudest, most inappropriate, and offensive joke in existence and will drop them in glorious strings leaving you feeling like you need a shower. My bank. Get? Mine. The staff are the best and you can go elsewhere. No more professional staff in banking exists, which is good for me… bad for you because you get to go do your banking elsewhere. 5 stars for this branch, but it’s mine. You go bank somewhere else.

    I hate ATMs, especially ones that face the sun and are impossible to read. Plus I’m a Gen-Xer so I generally avoid online banking in any form. I do that because nothing replaces having a personal relationship with your banking professionals. I could have switched banks to something closer to my home but it’s the personal relationships that I’ve developed that Mae me feel confident that my finances are handled securely and correctly. The staff at my Franklin Rd. Branch are extremely efficient, they know my quirks such as how I like my cash when withdrawn. I loathe the concept of a wallet full of 20’s, and so I’m given 50’s. Why’s that important? Because it shows they pay personal attention to me, as a person. If I have an issue or question, they crank off a printout of the last months transactions and have on numerous occasions gone above and beyond to take time and go line by line with me until I discover the issue. These people are like friends, that just happen to handle your money. It’s a good thing to have a friend who is a cop, and one that’s a lawyer, and several that are true banking professionals. There’s been days where everything has gone wrong and I’m ready to spit fire, that all changes after a few minutes visiting with my WaFed banking professionals. A bank is a bank is a bank, what makes it special is the staff. They tolerate my off color humor, are patient with me while I’m melting down and I always walk out of the branch feeling better. Like I said, a bank is a bank, is a bank, but it’s the people that make this bank special, and that’s why I return again and again. I’m a massive jerk, and still they’re always happy to see me, and even wonder when I don’t come in for an extended period. They make me smile and for me that’s huge. I’d recommend that everyone bank here but I won’t because I don’t want to have to wait in line behind you. It’s my bank damn it! Mine! Mine! Mine! 5 stars all the way, now go bank somewhere else.

    My favorite WaFd Bank branch in Treasure Valley! Service of Excellence with professionalism! Thank you Joyce for recent call and assisting me in fixing my mistake. I can always count on Tony, Joyce, Julie, and Jamie here in Meridian branch. Extra hours on Friday is a big help!
