Apparently, even with the card attached to the business account, they are unwilling to make a deposit for a bank runner employee. This is a transaction. We have done multiple times a month and still continue to do it other branches but this particular branch (fairview and Locust Grove) decided they did not want to help us and refused to make the deposit. No, hey let me ask my manager, no instructions just an employee on a high horse. I will be taking My Business elsewhere.

Yes it might be 2:00 in the morning but I'm trying to put a check in the bank and go to sleep, but I can't even access the bank's website! As where my ICCU bank is where I put the check because it went right in and I can access their website! But that's not where I wanted to put the money! I have one bank account for my mortgage and utilities and another bank for my other purchases so does it screw me up, yes! I can understand for a little bit having the big not accessible because actually ICCU did not work today for about an hour but it has been too long KeyBank you've screwed me over I'm not happy with you! My mortgage is almost paid off and I will wipe my hands of you very soon! Goodbye!!!!!

- GCGino ColaianniAug 5, 20251.0When my spouse passed away, I went into the branch located at 1650 E Fairview Ave in Meridian Idaho to remove his name from my accounts. That was in 2021. I just got a letter in the mail addressed to him, indicating that a payment was past due. I had to quit doing the majority of my banking with Key due to incompetent service. This is just another example of that, all these years later.
- JGJennifer GlasgowOct 9, 20241.0I closed out my account September 19th. September 20th charges went through my closed account over drawing it and they are not solving their problem they caused. Charges sometimes take up to 5 days to go through. They slack on notifying you of fraudulent charges, meaning you may or may not get notified of the charge and have the chance to say no it wasn't you. Then when you have to replace your debit card they tell you 3 to 5 business days, thats a lie. I ordered mine on a Thursday, was notified on a Saturday it had shipped, and it finally showed up 8 days after i ordered a new card, after i closed my account. Whatever you do, DO NOT get an account with keybank. You will regret it tremendously.
