I'm not even a customer, my Grandmother is and she needs help due to medical reasons and these condescending, defensive, judgemental $16 an hour reps are the worst "customer service" I've ever experienced. Their fraud team totally stopped my Grandmothers card for a $24.99 charge. They didn't even attempt to call her to see if that was was her or not. STEER CLEAR OF THIS BANK!

Within 1 hour, I had my account and was ready to make deposits, payments and pay my bills. Excellent!. Since then, every time I stop by, I'm greeted with friendly smiles and people who are willing to assist me with my business banking needs.
