- AHAaron HuethDec 11, 20231.0Mike Kirby, with First Fed mortgage wasted our time, stating that we were 90% approved, without consulting underwriting. He bragged about having 26 years of experience, yet acted like this was his 1st loan. He was very unreliable and spread misinformation, getting our hopes up. We sent an offer to the seller based on his approval and his approval letter, but the purchase fell through because Mike wasted our time. Thank goodness we were able to find a mortgage broker that actually knew what they were doing.

If you like to bank where everybody knows your name and has but 1 goal and that goal is to deliver to you, their customer, a first class experience, then First Federal is the bank for you!
