I was using my cash app card At their ATM because it’s one of the authorized ones and their machine kept freezing and then told me it was keeping my card for security reasons. when I called to let them know about what happened she said “yeah they’ve been having issues with that machine and unfortunately, all the cards they keep get shredded. There’s nothing we can do.” So because their machine is broken, they shredded my card and I now have to go pay for a new one. Absolutely pathetic!!!
