His work efforts were extremely poor and we had to have our initial connections from Bank of America get on him to follow up and do his job. This bank DOES NOT care about their customers, and it is shown by the employees’ effort or lack thereof. What makes this worse is that this gentleman is supposed to be the VP of SBA lending and set an example of leadership. I highly advise that you take your business elsewhere and get treated like you deserve.
