Can’t get the verification text because they have an old number and address on file. Went in to talk to a banker and they had no one there after 12pm. I told them it costs me $20 to drive to town. I was told to come back in between 9-12. Went in around 10:30am and they said no banker is available until around 12pm. I explained again it cost money to come to town. I was given a number to call. Wasted 30 minutes for them to tell me they can’t verify me so they can’t help. On top of all that sent a photo for a custom debit card and it was denied. The image does not go against their policies. Will not go back waste of time and shady
