- EBErsie BJul 22, 20241.0My husband and I recently found out we're expecting, we got told first federal was the way to go to get a lender to buy a house so we goy hooked up with Estabon. We switched real estate agents due to comfortability and she was really educating us on the house buying process. Well i guess Mr Estabon had a personal problem with our real estate agent and decided to drop us out of the blue. The reason is he didn't want to work with her. We are first time home buyers and we're left completely stranded. The phone call to let us know he was not going to be helping us was very unprofessional. And I'm finding out we have to restart the whole application process because he couldn't bother to send our information to another lender we had to go with. Would not recommend working with him. He takes forever and apparently let's his personal problems leak into his professional life. It's causing so many problems now and making buying a house way more stressful. We were ready to put a offer on a house and everything.
