  Let me play Fortnite on one of their PCs I mean it wasn't the best experience as there wifi kinda sucked but the fact they cheered me on after I got the dub was absolutely amazing. Thanks for helping me with my account great staff.

  Terrible experience. We came in 2 times to this bank, and both times we were told to reschedule, after having an appointment!! The first time I came in 5 minutes late and she re-scheduled because I was to late & didn’t have the right documentation…even though I called prior to my appointment and asked if I needed to bring anything and was told no. When my husband & I came in the 2nd time we were 12 minutes late (my husband had to get off work and was a little late) and the lady had the audacity to tell us that there was no time to open a joint checking account. I get that this lady had an appointment scheduled an hour after us, and she said it takes about an hour to open an account, but it’s the fact that she acted like we were a complete inconvenience to her and had the most aggravating tonality, even though there was still 45 minutes left. 45 mins is plenty enough time to open a joint checking, especially because we already have accounts through Wells Fargo. Even if we happened to go 10 minutes over the scheduled time frame, that wouldn’t have been as bad as having to reschedule AGAIN, and coming back for the 3rd time—the following week. Are you kidding me? Don’t get me wrong, the bank tellers and other workers were very kind and very helpful (especially Maria)!! But the lady originally helping us with our accounts was beyond unprofessional and rediculous. (I believe her name was Sandra.) I am surprised that she is even an employee there, with the amount of disrespect and the way she talks down to clients/customers. We ended up getting help from the Wells Fargo in Twin Falls because of the ridiculous customer service at the Jerome location. *We called the Twin Falls location and they helped us open an account online, which only took us ONLY 10 MINUTES!!!! That made the Jerome Wells Fargo look completely ridiculous + ineffective, considering that we were turned away twice and told to reschedule with about 1.5 hours left between 2 appointments, when it only took 10 minutes to get it done…over the phone. After my experience, I would NEVER recommend that employee who helped us, and I’m surprised she is even still any employee, with her lack of communication, professionalism, and empathy. Sandra ruined my view on the Wells Fargo, Jerome business and unfortunately I most likely will never come back because she is horrid.

  I hear a lot of complaints from others but Wells Fargo isn't any better or worse than the other banks. My mortgage is serviced by Wells Fargo so I automatically get free checking and my accounts are linked so it's convenient for me to make payments and transfer funds from checking and savings ect.The personnel have always been friendly, helpful and professional with me and speak English as well as anyone else around here.
