- JBJen BeckDec 13, 20251.0I went through the drive-through to break some larger bills for Mall kiosk. After waiting five minutes in the drive through and writing down what I needed, the teller told me I had to come inside to get change. So I drove around, went inside waited in line and then when I got to the front, she asked what my account number was, and I told her it was for Hickory Farms Corp (who runs millions through their bank this time of year). She couldn’t break 3 twenty’s into small amount WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT NUMBER! I will make it my mission to spread the word that this bank sucks!

We brought in a receipt showing we paid our rental company on 11,25,25 and wells fargo kicked back the payment on 12,1,25 saying they couldn't verify with the company... don't you think if you were worried about fraud.... you would contact the customer to verify the accuracy of the purchase and not the vendor? We had another situation where we deposited a check that had been drawn off of a wells fargo account, this said check cleared 3 times and they allowed the company to pull the funds 3 times...then had the audacity to tell us there was nothing they could do.
