- PNPaula NelsonMar 22, 20181.0Our money was originally invested with a friend in Edward Jones. After he left apparently our money was under Mike. After 4 years of not hearing anything about our money but being charged fees, we decided to close it down. Mike was very willing to do so for us. After we got our check the amount was much less then what even the receipt, he sent us, showed we should have gotten. We called a few times over a span of a week to figure out why, but we never received a phone call back. Apparently they charge $130 fee to close down your account. Mike never told us about that and we still haven’t heard back from him. We had to call the main customer service to figure out what happened to our money. Sketchy. Wouldn’t invest with Edward Jones, but especially not with this guy.
