- BSBecky StechelinNov 27, 20231.0They up and changed their hours to 10am to 4pm. I get off of work at 4 or 4:30. Now I can't do any of my banking. Honestly might have to switch banks. Both the Hailey and and Ketch branches lobbies close at 4. Ketchum drive through is open till 5 but I'll barely make it or not at all. I'm not going to drive all the way to Jerome or twin to do my banking that's ridiculous. I utilize the app to it's max capacity but something's need to be done in person. No one wants to work nowadays.
