Ive always mobile deposited a payroll check and they have cleared it automatically!! This last time nope, automatic hold no answers on why or how long. Cant get a actual person to talk to me, called on Tuesday and all i got was the run around, refusing to work with me on removing of the hold. Absolutely pathetic a s belittling customer service and now my funds wont be available for 48 days

You file a claim with the bank, police report, the Bank denies it and the Bank Manager laughs at you. This is Key Bank. Your money is not safe, this isn’t customer service.
