Ive always mobile deposited a payroll check and they have cleared it automatically!! This last time nope, automatic hold no answers on why or how long. Cant get a actual person to talk to me, called on Tuesday and all i got was the run around, refusing to work with me on removing of the hold. Absolutely pathetic a s belittling customer service and now my funds wont be available for 48 days

Tara Waters helped me find the right accounts for me and was extremely friendly. When I had trouble with my Key Bank App, Jill Allen did all the leg work with customer service to get my app unlocked and linked to the new accounts. She was extremely friendly through the whole process, which was tedious and time consuming, but she got the results we needed. I really appreciate the help of both of these employees!
