I've inquired about card merchant services and rates, integration with our Point of Sale system, business credit services, loans, and so much more with lackluster results and no follow ups. If you're going to shut down let me come and close my account and move to somewhere that is reliably open. What a awful joke this bank has become. You need to get your act together or vacate the premises.
