Usually pretty fast. Everyone is very nice. I have been banking here since bank of the cascades and since the switch over to first interstate I have had no problem whatsoever with this bank.

I will say that prior to the first interstate take over of the bank of the Cascades banks, this location was ok. Since the take over it has been a terrible downhill slope. Bank wise...do not deposit money or checks into the ATM, they only post that money when a real person walks out to the ATM and removes the checks and money from it and then they post them manually inside once a day only...then on one occasion I deposited a check with a live teller, that cleared and posted to the account on a friday...then the next day (during a holiday weekend) all the money from the check and purchases I made on friday disappeared. Not deducted, vanished. Throughout the weekend various small deposits and deductions came and went, not mine mind you...random stuff that had no names online. Tuesday morning (Monday was the holiday) the debits showed as normal but my check just showed as a credit. Not a deposit, a credit. So I asked the teller... "What happened guys?" Their answer was "on my side I just see the deposit on Friday, I don't see the rest you're fine". I was not fine with the bank randomly taking my money for a whole weekend and probably worse was that if someone says my money disappeared for 3 days, I would hope you would be a little more concerned and try to find out what happened. ... This was not the first time this has happened. I am switching banks
