- UUUnhateableAug 6, 20251.0DO NOT USE KEY BANK This is the absolute worst financial institution I’ve ever dealt with. It’s not even a month since opening an account here and I’ve had only problems from day 1. Account locks, problems with the cards, unable to pay online etc… I’ve spent hours on the phones and also at the branch for multiple issues that the staff are completely unable to resolve every time. It’s always an outside problem out of their control that lies with a department outsourced to another country. I’ve had to rack up multiple costs because I’ve had to run up my credit cards since not being able to use this card. What baffles me the most is finding out they outsource their fraud department to India, who nobody at the bank can contact by phone, only by Email. Only one man, in India, scam central of the planet, who now has all of my information, was able to unlock my account again. It’s glaringly obvious that this bank has taken cost cutting way too far. I will say this review is nothing against the staff in this branch, they’ve actually tried to be helpful and polite. But sadly, they’ve been completely unable to help with anything at all.
