- JSJim SakaguchiDec 2, 20191.0This review has more to do with Wells Fargo then the branch. Have been banking with WF for many years but recently have noticed a trend to making mistake. Have had two incidents of money transfers not happening even though sender received confirmation. And, the most recent was when I tried to get a Medallion Signature on a document. A few months ago the policy was as long as you had a account with WF they would provide at no charge. But seems they changed policy. To get the medallion signature regarding a trust fund they required I open a new account (trust acct). The funny part is I needed get the medallion to undo a trust. Remember when WF was misleading the public about how many new accounts they open. Seems they changed the policy on this thing to force me to open another account. I didn't and I am taking my business (and accts) else where. That was the last straw.
