- JBJoey BettisDec 29, 20251.0I’m very sad to see first interstates service plummet so much this year. I am a business customer with over $1 million a year deposited and ran through the bank. I am currently looking for a new bank. Potentially a smaller bank, where they care about people more like first interstate used to be and before them Community First. They used to be managers and employees there who took an interest and cared about me and my business. That is gone. No longer do business with them or recommend them to anyone. Sad to see, but I guess it was to be expected eventually.
