They Have no Loan officers in the build anytime of day, they have only one loan officer for the entirety of CDA area, and can only get in by appointment. The communication throughout a the loan application process is severely lacking and you have no way in knowing how to get back in contact with your originated loan officer. I would not recommend going through this bank if you are looking for good communication skills and open dialogue through the whole loan process.
