Helped me contain my toddler who was way to curious of the place 😆 but they have been awesome. Now if only they can fix the app so I can actually check my account when needed

No email or text to let its clients know. I’ll be closing my account and moving to a bank that will let me use my card when and where I want, unlike Umpqua. If I could rate zero stars I would unfortunately I have to give them one even though it’s undeserved.
