I AM A MEMBER IF YOU CANT HELP ME WHO ARE YOU HELPING EXACTLY. I was told this time around they couldn't cash my paycheck and had some excuse for why they couldn't do so. I have cashed checks before and withdrew the entire amount on a zero balance so they have no excuse for not helping me. Previously a check I mibile deposited was rejected and when I went in to cash it a few days later they tried to tell me it had already been cashed. Whoever is in charge here is lying through their teeth to your customers. I will never bank with a place that wont help their members but somehow has the funds to spend money on tiny couches that hold your name plates. As I was leaving I heard the manager laugh with the assistant and call me trashy.
