They allowed an obvious fraud on my account for over a thousand dollars and it could actually destroy my ability to survive . i think they did it in conjunction with certain property owners intentionally.

I was filling out paperwork and I needed the banks address, and I noticed the Google rating, and felt people needed an update.
We are transitioning one of our businesses to the Caldwell area. The new branch manger Kahlia Morin, has assembled a great new team.
We couldn't be happier, with the services they provide. I usually call ahead and let them know the reason, I am coming in, and when I arrive, the paperwork is ready. Thank you Kahlia and Jade, for understanding our business needs.

It is time to change banks. They don't have hours that work for anyone with a full time job and on top of that the ATM that they want you to use instead is constantly broken.

worst bank ever!!! over the last few years all i have had is trouble! customer service stinks they dont fix anything for you right then when you need it its always oo ya in about 10 days well contact you and see what we can do then and if it will be fixed or not....how bout no...how bout i need the money i work for now that i so stupidly trusted this joke of a bank with and on top of it now closed saturdays and didnt even extend weekday hours?? what about people who also have jobs and work monday through friday! also im on vacation and the bank is rejecting all my transactions even at the atm...i even let them know i was traveling! iv had to call over 8 times today and its still happening oo and tomorrow is saturday so i guess im just out of luck now!!! i will never bank here again nor will i reccomend this place either and will tell everyone i know to steer clear!!
