There’s a difference between being very professional and being condescending, so I know the difference and I know for a fact that Juliana was NOT being professional towards us. We had questions and she was very short with us, her facial expressions did not help either because she kept looking at us as to why we didn’t know the answer. Hopefully she was having an off day but still treating people like that should not be tolerated, and if she was not having an off day then she should be retrained.

Wells Fargo needs to be consistent on there policies. I've obtained a cashier's check the last three month's thru the drive thru. Because the lobby has been closed. Not once have they requested my driver's license until today. When I questioned why I was told rather rudely to come inside next time. Then Paula cut communication. Wouldn't recommend this branch
- KSKyle SMar 8, 20191.0Wells Fargo as a whole is pathetic! This branch in particular, can't even have a working machine to print out money orders. Last Friday (03/01/2019) they told me the machine was "Out of Order" and the part to fix it, will be in on Monday (03/04/2019). Fast forward to today (03/08/2019) I go in to get a money order and they tell me that the machine is "Out of Order" and they "might have to get a new one." Between overall customer service and failing necessity machines to run a business, I guess Wells Fargo is BEGGING their customers to find a better bank!
