  Banking is a very private part of ones life and can be intimidating, while coming into the branch we were warmly greeted by everyone who wasn't with a guest. We were offered coffee and shown where the water fountain was. Waiting for an available banker was less than 10 minutes. We were paired with a personal banker: David Green. He is extremely detailed oriented and polite when dealing with such a private matter. David was knowledgeable and held a professional demeanor the whole time we were there. He was patient and assisted us in setting up online accounts, updating information, selecting a picture for a card, etc. His willingness to help was above and beyond. David is a huge asset to the team and should receive some kind of recognition for his WOW factoring customer service. We will be back for any banking needs!! Thanks again, Nicole Anderus

  It is honestly a hassle dealing with this banking Institution. Go to Idaho Central everyone.

  Close to my house. I can go from bank to Walmart to tabbaco connection. I also can go to $1 store, mavirick, game stop, and Dutch Bros.

  Each time I have been to the bank, with or without an appt. I have needed to wait a few minutes but someone has acknowledged me and offered water or coffee. Each banker has taken care of me professionally though all the forms and signatures are usually time consuming but that seems true everywhere. Victor B has especially done a great job helping me and calling to follow up when needed. This branch is newer and very convenient Being open Sat is nice too
