  Get 300 for opening account when you deposit 1000 into. Elisa was kind and very educated on bank teller information. I will be back for more information. I agree with the last customer you have a great smile.

  This a horrible bank and the Caldwell branch is horrible, I never write reviews but this blows my mind. Our accounts have been locked for an investigation on the first deposit that they put in in cash. We go in and they cannot close the account or give us any money. They can’t even give us a timeline. Veronica Fuentes, the branch manager was absolutely horrid and had rude comments every time she spoke. I told her I had called customer service and she replied with “well obviously it has changed” and then also made three different comments about how she “ wants the account closed just as much as we do”. She kept telling the customer service agent she got in the middle of this and she wishes it was over like it’s her money?? She a horrible manager and I have never encountered this level of unprofessionalism before. It’s embarrassing for her company. DO NOT BANK HERE THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND TREAT YOU HORRIBLY!

  Well, I can't speak as a customer, but, the ladies in the Caldwell, idaho branch, on 9th street, were very kind and generous towards me, today. I went out, just to pick up a grocery order, and,my bike broke down. It was supposed to be a quick errand, so, i neglected to bring any communication device, OR even my address book, and you know no one has anyone's phone numbers memorized anymore. Then, my stomach started inexplicably hurting, and the ladies at this branch, let me use their phone, got me cold, bottled water, let me sit down, and even offered to take me home, on their lunch hour! Now, this was too much generosity, to accept from anyone, because, i had groceries AND my giant, bike trailer, so, i just had to tough it out and walk the rest of the way home. Wow, i almost NEVER run into anyone, even remotely this nice, we could all learn a lesson, from these women. This was above and beyond, and they should all get a promotion. Such helpfulness and generosity, these are the behaviors that SHOULD be rewarded, in this country, far more often. Thanks so much, for your help, and for confirming there ARE some nice people left in the world. Take care. 😊 I hope your bosses know how good they have it, with employees, like you. I'm proud and lucky, to share this community with you.
