- BMBrittney MarieJun 11, 20251.0This a horrible bank and the Caldwell branch is horrible, I never write reviews but this blows my mind. Our accounts have been locked for an investigation on the first deposit that they put in in cash. We go in and they cannot close the account or give us any money. They can’t even give us a timeline. Veronica Fuentes, the branch manager was absolutely horrid and had rude comments every time she spoke. I told her I had called customer service and she replied with “well obviously it has changed” and then also made three different comments about how she “ wants the account closed just as much as we do”. She kept telling the customer service agent she got in the middle of this and she wishes it was over like it’s her money?? She a horrible manager and I have never encountered this level of unprofessionalism before. It’s embarrassing for her company. DO NOT BANK HERE THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND TREAT YOU HORRIBLY!

Now i feel like an adult again after these guys approved me to open checking and savings accounts! And all it cost was a minimum deposit of ten bucks in each- no monthly fees either. Bonus- i learned about secured credit cards and how to use them to improve my low credit score. Thanks Susie for helping me with everything today (as well as for knowing Yelm and our discussion about our shared experiences of working up at paradise on the mountain. It was really great talking to someone here who knows all of that up there so well. :)

All because they want to sign you up as a member ( is what we were told) but that requires a 6 month membership or a penalty for canceling early this ain't no gym.
